In Luang Prabang's lovely old quarter - only a block from the main street and a great spot for a stroll or bike ride. Tamarind faces directly on to the Nam Khan River, next door to well known hotel 'the Apsara'. We've just moved into new premises with a slightly larger capacity and we love our new home!

Are bookings necessary?
At busy mealtimes it's wise to book. From October to April we usually take dinner bookings only at either 6pm or 8.30pm, but you can also walk by and take your chances that a table will be free. You'll have better luck at off-peak times, especially in the busy months! Email bookings should be made at least four days in advance on info@tamarindlaos.com.
